Description: Olsen threw a student of ALHS into red hill pond. Olsen claims it was fun & games and he has been thrownin as well. Dean of Discipline of ALHS wrote a note reading: A mailicious act taken because the student was a Freshman.

 

Olsen awarded: 54 hours of commmunityservice, $45 fine, anger management through ALHS or city, probationary period of 6 months, and a one-page apology notice.

 

Notes: I spoke with Zach's mom, who tried to drop all charges. The Dean wouldn't let her. Although we had reached an understanding, I wrote the letter,which was not necessary. I was suspended for three days, and upon my return recieved the ticket.

 

 

Description: Olsen involved in an altercation at ALHS. Olsen claims six students assaulted his friend, Hamm, and rushed to defense. Dean of Discipline from ALHS sendsnotice that Olsen flipped his assailant and maliciously assaulted the victim.

 

Olsen awarded: 73 hours community Services, anger managementclasses, $60 fine, and probationary period of six months.

 

Notes: I think this is about the time I lost faith in the system. I wasin violation of probation, and the judgetoldme minors have no rights. Wish I had a tape recorder to prove that. I was respectful to the judge, explained things calmly,and he fucking spat in my face with rude, sarcastic, and snide comments. He kept asking me "what if" and when I asked a genuine "what if", he says "lets not play the 'what if' game". Fuck him. Fuck the Dean. Fuck that bitch 'cause she has to ruin my life because of her niece. Ya, this seems to be about where I lost my temper. Moreso when I was expelled after my suspension, and took all of her punishments up the ass. FUCK THEM!

 

 

Olsen allegated to have been involved in altercation between Hamm and Sweet. Olsen allegedly approached Sweet and eight other students, then challeneged Sweet to a fight at a nearby park. Olsen witnessed fight between Hamm and Sweet. Officer Khober apprehended Hamm and Olsen, then questioned them at ALHS. Olsen denies charges. After careful thought, Olsen claims "I am not guilty, but I am now going to plead guilty."

 

Olsen awarded: $710 fine, 115 hours community services, probationary period of six months, permanent juvenile record. If Olsen is to return to Juvenile Court, he will immediately be aprehended and jailed for no less than 90 days, and will be taken from family and placed into foster home. Over the course of the next 45 days, Juvenile Court holds right to apprehend Olsen at their discretion, and apply jailtime of no more than 90 days, and take him from his family to be placed into foster home.

 

Notes: The first thing he said to me was that he was deciding whether or ot to send me to jail. After that, he asked for a plea. I AM NOT GUILTY!!!! But that doesn't matter, does it? If I took the "not guilty" plea, a trial would have been set up and the Dean would have cooked my ass on a stand, then I wuold have went to jail anyway. I guess this is where the bullshit stops. This is where you think "fuck the system" and then learn to obey it, hiding what you feel behind the smiles. Guess I gotta make a few changes in my life, huh? Just to let you know Scot, I woulda died for you...little late now, though.

 Travis started shit with Ryan and Jason(u all know the story).......i got jumped.....kyle jumped into help.....we both got tickets.....he got screwed more than i did cuz he was on like a 3rd offence or somthin......that was my first offence.......got $375.00 fine reduced to $65.00 with 60 hours of community service.......(For full story refer to "Suprise" page)

 

Junior Year...........

walkin up Carnillian.......tryin to get off the main rode while ditchin with Travis and Robert Racey......Mrs. Cooke(we all know her as Mrs. Cunt).......saw us and had us all sited and gave us saturday school..........got $280.00 fine reduced to $35.00 with 30 hours of community service

 

Senior Year.................

Got into a fight with some wrestler got kicked out of alta loma.........given $595.00 fine..........reduced to $35.00 with 90 hours of community service.......sux ass.....but to get revenge..........transfered back into ROP at Alta Loma for 0-1 Web Page Design
